Heavy Equipment Operator Heavy Equipment Operators at OSG Dozing run the iron that drives our work forward. This position requires skill, awareness, and pride in producing clean, accurate work.
- Responsibilities
- Operate dozers, excavators, loaders, and other heavy equipment
- Perform grading, trenching, and material placement to specification
- Perform grading, trenching, and material placement to specification
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report issues
- Maintain safe, controlled operations at all times
- What we’re looking for
- Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment
- Understanding of grades, plans, and site conditions
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
Skilled Laborer Skilled Laborers are a critical part of every OSG Dozing crew. This role supports earthwork, underground utilities, and site development operations, working alongside operators and foremen to keep jobs moving safely and efficiently.
- Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, grading, trenching, and utility installation
- Perform hand work around equipment, utilities, and structures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Support equipment operators and pipe crews as needed
- Follow safety procedures and crew direction at all times
- What We’re Looking For
- Experience in construction, earthwork, or pipelaying preferred
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work outdoors in all conditions
- Team-focused attitude and respect for safety
Truck Driver OSG Dozing Truck Drivers are responsible for the safe and efficient transport of materials, equipment, and aggregate to and from job sites. This role plays a key part in keeping projects on schedule.
- Responsibilities
- Operate dump trucks and related equipment safely and professionally
- Haul materials to and from job sites, pits, and suppliers
- Perform pre-trip inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Coordinate with crews and dispatch to maintain workflow
- Follow all safety regulations and traffic laws
- What we’re looking for
- Valid CDL with clean driving record
- Experience hauling construction materials preferred
- Strong awareness of job site safety
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
