Every OSG Dozing project begins with a pre-construction safety review — not because a regulatory checklist requires it, but because our foremen and superintendents understand that the time invested in planning a safe job is always recovered in field efficiency. Before equipment moves or ground is broken, our team assess site conditions, identify hazards, confirm crew certifications and readiness, and ensure all equipment has been inspected. We conduct weekly tailgate safety meetings on every active job site, and job hazard analyses are prepared and reviewed before any high-risk task begins. 

For underground utility work — one of the most hazard-intensive operations in civil construction — every trench operation follows OSHA excavation standards with properly rated shoring, trench boxes, or engineered sloping for every open excavation deeper than five feet. Our operators and foremen hold current competent person certifications, and no excavation on an OSG site proceeds without confirmed, documented utility locates. These are non-negotiable standards, not guidelines we apply when convenient.
